As a result of our wonderful growth these past 2 years, we will be convening two minyanim for Rosh HaShana day this year: an early hashkamah minyan beginning at 6:15am downstairs to allow for youth groups to follow at 10:15am, and the regular main minyan upstairs (see the Seating Policies page for more information). Both minyanim will be joined by a professional chazan and will be addressed by Rabbi Brander. Seating in both minyanim will be by request and give out on a first come first serve basis. We hope and will work hard to try to accommodate everyone.

Once again, for the 22nd year, we are proud to present the Young Israel of West Hartford Rosh HaShanah Card. Like in past years, this attractive customized Rosh Hashanah card will be mailed to every member of our shul and will carry the names of all who wish to participate. For a cost of only $18 (we have maintained the cost at this level for the past 22 years) you and your family can be listed in the card. New members are invited to participate for free – please just confirm how you would like you and your family to be listed.  -- Must be received by August 26, 2018.

If you were included in last year's card, we can use the same text (i.e. family names).  Please indicate any names to be added or deleted.

Please remember, seats cannot be reserved until all past commitments (including dues and other pledges) are paid in full or a payment arrangement is worked out. Maria will be sending out current statements in the coming days. At the same time, no one will be turned away for lack of funds. If needed, please speak confidentially to Rabbi Brander or Les Loew.
